How about the price is high not for special delivery reasons but because the artisanal organic production process costs more than a mass-oriented, not certified production?

Then again, there are other extra-virgin olive oils on the top shelves of gourmet food stores that cost way more Giada's products. You can consider them "everyday" products too, if you like to have good quality at your table everyday - of course you are not going to use an expensive oil for a deep fried recipe, but you'll dose it on gourmet dishes to add flavor to them.
