Academia Barilla Italian Culinary Specialist Mario Rizzotti, is back with another video from the documentary “And they came to Chicago: the Italian-American legacy”, produced by Chicago-based film house Modio Media.

The documentary, narrated by Tony Award winner Joe Mantegna, features Academia Barilla’s Italian Culinary Specialist and gourmet TV Chef celebrity Mario Rizzotti in several segments dedicated to the Italian food culture, and its impact on the Chicago food culture, as well as the US food culture in general.
