Iron Chef America will feature Judge Mario Rizzotti from Academia Barilla

Just a quick reminder for all Italian Food Lovers with a cable TV: Academia Barilla’s Italian Culinary Specialist Mario Rizzotti will be featured today (Sunday, September 9, 2007) on the popular Food Network show Iron Chef America.

The show is scheduled at at 8pm CST, but please check out your local time and show listing to make sure you won’t miss the show. Iron Chef America is a popular TV show where celebrity Chefs compete one against each other in a culinary performance, under the supervision of a Judging team composed by top celebrity Chefs.

Today’s show will feature a culinary battle between Iron Chef Mario Batali and Chef Andrew Carmellini, owner of A Voce in New York City; Mario Rizzotti will be one of the Judges for this all-Italian culinary battle, with Art Smith (Oprah Winfrey’s personal chef, cookbook author and new owner of Table 52 restaurant in Chicago) and Food Network TV celebrity Chef Ted Allen.

This is going to be an amazing culinary battle on the field of Italian gourmet food - and guess what the secret ingredient of the battle will be… we cannot really anticipate this, so check out tonight’s show to find out!!!
