We recently posted some news from last month’s Academia Barilla participation (and sponsorship) to the 25th Food and Wine Festival in Aspen, Colorado.

As we anticipated here on Italian Food Lovers, Academia Barilla hosted top Chef celeb Giuliano Bugialli, who designed an exclusive Parma-inspired gourmet menu.

Academia Barilla Corporate Chef Nicola Bindini was the cooking chef for the dinner; he worked with Giuliano Bugialli to create an ultimate Italian experience menu, and partnered with Executive Chef Dena Marino to present it at the D19 Restaurant to our Aspen guests. All wines were kindly provided by Academia Barilla’s partners Ruffino Estates and La Moretti.
