Did you enjoy the videos of the first part of the Pastry Lab sessions I published last week? I know, you want the recipes, but I didn’t catch up with Academia Barilla Executive Chef Nicola Bindini during the weekend – I promise you I will publish his recipes here on Italian Food Lovers.In the meanwhile, here is part three of the Pastry Lab class – this is where Nicola and his apprentice Chefs Team get all the chocolate and cocoa creams ready for the next and final steps of this gourmet dessert preparation.

Part four is when the first set of desserts is almost ready, and the team proceeds with the first variation on the second, just frozen, set of desserts.

Part five is more teamworking at the Academia Barilla Pastry Lab.

And the final video installment reveals also the third variation while the other two are in the closing decoration step.
